Accounts cannot be transferred or resold.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS (3D PRINTED ITEMS)

All products sold by Dream Drawer are 3D printed items, which may include:

  • Custom designs

  • Decorative models

  • Functional prints

⚠️ Important notes:

  • Slight layer lines, minor imperfections, or color variations are normal in 3D printing

  • Colors may vary based on screen settings and filament availability

  • Product images are for reference only

We do not guarantee exact visual matching with renders or photos.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order:

  • It is considered an offer to purchase

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, especially for custom 3D prints.

All purchases follow our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

  • Prices may change without notice

  • Final price is confirmed at checkout

  • Prices may exclude shipping, taxes, or import fees

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing details

  • Pay all charges including shipping and applicable fees

  • Delivery times are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier services

    • Customs

    • External factors

📦 Risk transfers to the customer once shipped.

  • Designs

  • Images

  • Logos

are owned by Dream Drawer.

❌ You may NOT:

  • Copy, resell, or reproduce designs

  • Use our designs commercially without permission

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Use them at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for any third-party websites or services linked from our store.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

All purchases are made directly with Dream Drawer. Shopify is not responsible for any product-related issues.

Dream Drawer is not liable for:

  • Losses due to product use

  • Delays or service interruptions

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to cover any losses caused by misuse of our Services or violation of these Terms.

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Dream Drawer.
