📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

  • As most of our products are 3D printed, some items may require additional production time

  • If there is a delay due to high order volume, we will notify you

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

🇱🇰 Local Delivery (Sri Lanka Only)

  • Shipping partner: Domex Courier Service only

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

💰 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do NOT offer standard international shipping through the website.

However, if you need international delivery:

  • Availability depends on location and item type

  • Shipping cost and delivery time will be discussed case-by-case

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear

⏳ Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • High-demand periods

  • Courier/logistics issues

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect information

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Or does not arrive

📩 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery notification.

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos (and unboxing video if available)

We will assist with a replacement or courier claim if eligible.
