📦 Returns (Limited Eligibility)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. However, due to the nature of 3D-printed products, returns are strictly limited.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging

  • Must have proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

⚠️ Important:
We only accept returns if the product is damaged during transportation.

🎥 Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any return or refund:

  • You must provide a full unboxing video

  • The video should clearly show:

    • Package condition before opening

    • Opening process

    • Visible damage (if any)

❌ Without an unboxing video, refunds or returns will NOT be approved.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom 3D-printed items (personalized designs, special orders)

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items (not caused during shipping)

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed:

  1. Return the damaged item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately

🌍 EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days, provided:

  • Item is unused and in original condition

  • Includes packaging and proof of purchase

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
